In terms of the decisive moment, I really like the way this image turned out. My camera was on slow shutter speed and I was having trouble with getting my images to be clear. Even though there is a slight blurriness in the hand movement, most of it is pretty clear and considering it was dark, I wasn't expecting it to turn out great. I like the pose I captured when the boy was running down the stairs and I also like the way the light source affects the floor and other subjects, but not so much the boy. He is quite dark but you can still see his happy facial expression. I would say this is a happy accident that I would link to Bresson, since he capture the brighter side of things. Even though the area doesn't look all fancy and luxurious, the energy of the boy uplifts the whole photograph.

In contrast to the picture above, I really like this photograph because represents a whole different emotion and the subjects and scene give off a certain feel that adds on to the gloomy like picture. I think this picture represents a life of a teenager- everyone is looking in a different direction which suggests confusion. Secondly, the stairs go on which portrays their life- long and never-ending. Their facial expressions speak for themselves but I still really like the composition of everything in this photo. Also I like that I have a range of different emotions and atmospheres in every single image. The day was rainy and grey, and in the beginning of the gallery, the images are dull and grey, but as we get nearer to central, the whole scenery is uplifted by vibrant and loud colours. It represents a journey from boredom to enjoyment.
